Tony Rumford (Founder/CEO Irie Vibes inc) 

Tony Eugene Rumford is a native of Los Angeles, California. He Attended Parmalee Elementary, Edison Jr. High and graduated from Bell high School. After graduating, in 1979 he continued his education and attended California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo studying in the School Architecture and Environmental Design where he received a Bachelors of Architecture. 

Tony earned an AAS degree in Computer Aided Drafting Design from ITT Technical Institute where he finished at the top of his class in 1996. He received The Cad Outstanding Student Award for his leadership in helping other students. He also received The Certificate of Appreciation Award for working as an assistant instructor. In 1996, Tony pursued a second Bachelors degree in "Computer Visualization Technology" which was based on 3D Architectural Virtual Designs producing animated walk-thru's of architecture structures from ITT. In 1997, Tony was Presented an Award in recognition of his continued support of ITT Technical Institute and graduates. 

Thereafter in 1998 Tony was Awarded the CVT Outstanding student award for his leadership in helping other students. Also in 1998 Tony received the Salutatorian Award for achieving the 2nd highest G.P.A. finishing at the top of his class. Tony became proficient in AutoCad and 3D Studio with an emphasis on architectural designs, with a multimedia and graphic design undertone to it. In 1996, Tony received a National Award for "Outstanding Young Men of America" by going to middle schools and demonstrating Architectural designs and computer animations to young students. 

Tony receives a Masters Degree in Information Systems Technology Management from the University of Phoenix with a G.P.A. of 3.72 in 2017. 

In 1997, Tony started his company "Multimedia Architects and Associates" where he employs developmental disable people to work at various sites within the community. 

Tony has coached young athletes since 1999, coaching Valley Football, Dorsey High School, Park & Recreations, and before Covid in Lancaster, California. 

New Years Eve 1999, Tony and Lynne were married in a private intimate ceremony with their children. 

In 2018, Tony qualified as a Tier 1 & Tier 2 Social Equity Applicant and in 2020 was invoiced for cannabis licensing. 


LYNNE CONNER | OWNER | Management & Marketing

Daytime Legal Assistant 25 years for the same firm, Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., Conner is responsible for drafting and filing legal documentation with all Courts throughout the State of California. She has been employed in the legal field for approximately 35 years. However, Conner's passion is in the arts, and thus she has performed, produced and created as much as possible in between a job and a life. She is an Artist, a wife, mother, daughter, sister, grand'mere, employee, entrepreneur, visionary and lover of life. 

Lynne began running a business from an early age. 

Her mother, Doris Conner is a 

fashion/costume designer who owned and operated her own clothing boutique and sewing factory. KCET - Lost in LA recently did a cover story on Shindana Toys which featured Conner's family and their contributions to creating and designing doll clothes for the first Black Doll 

Creator.

Lynne founded "Publicity4you" in 1999 where she connected artists to audiences promoting theatre, play productions, actors in solo shows and independent film projects. 

An artist in her heart and soul, Conner's role is to inspire, empower, entertain and heal through the arts. A native of Los Angeles, Conner produces and promotes theatre and film projects.

Since 2017, Lynne's interest in the Cannabis Industry has grown and her and her partner of 30 years (21 years married) invested their life savings into getting a Cannabis License through the Social Equity Application process. A true fighter who does not take no for an answer, Lynne continued to fight for a fair and equitable share of what she feels is rightfully hers, having grown up in the neighborhood affected by the War on Drugs, she has dedicated everything into owning and operating a licensed business.
